Senate Bill 39 (Garrett, D-Lake Forest) amends the Freedom of Information Act to require a public body to disclose communications and materials between it and its attorney-lobbyist concerning either lobbying to be performed on behalf of the public body or the expenditure of public moneys for goods or services to be provided by the attorney-lobbyist on behalf of the public body.
