The mission of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International, is to provide service to the school, the student, the profession, and the community. In 2010, the Chicago Alumni Chapter renamed its Distinguished Service to the Legal Profession Award in honor of  Illinois Supreme Court Justice Mary Ann G. McMorrow to recognize all she had done for the fraternity, our profession, and the people of the state of Illinois by exemplifying the mission and core values of the fraternity. Justice McMorrow was the first recipient of the award, followed by the Honorable James F. Holderman. In 2012, the fraternity recognized the Honorable William H. Hooks and Michele M. Jochner. In 2014, John K. Norris will join the ranks of this illustrious group at the March 19, 2014 luncheon.
