Chief Circuit Judge Kathryn E. Creswell is pleased to announce that following a tabulation of ballots by the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts in Springfield, the Circuit Judges of the Eighteenth Judicial Court, DuPage County, Illinois have appointed Joshua J. Dieden to the position of Associate Judge.

Mr. Dieden fills the vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Judge Mary E. O’Connor.

Joshua J. Dieden, J.D.-DePaul University College of Law, Chicago, IL 1998; admitted to the practice of law in Illinois, 1998. Mr. Dieden currently is an Associate with Richard A. Kayne & Associates, Naperville, IL (2006-present). Previously, he was an Assistant State’s Attorney for the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Wheaton, IL (1998-2006). Mr. Dieden is an active member with the DuPage County Bar Association.
