ISBA network to be down Sunday night through Tuesday morning - here's how to access Fastcase

All ISBA systems will be down due to electrical construction beginning at 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 19, until 8:30 a.m. on the following Tuesday. During this downtime the ISBA website and email discussion groups will not be available. You will also not be able to log into Fastcase or online CLE.

If you will need to access Fastcase during this time, please follow the instructions below.

Download the free Fastcase App - available for iPhone, iPad and Android - and sync your ISBA account before the website goes down on Sunday.

Syncing your account only takes a few simple steps (see our how-to guide), and will ensure that your search history is copied over to your Fastcase app.

If you find yourself unexpectedly needing access after the website is down, and haven't synced your ISBA account, you can set up a free 24-hour trial account with Fastcase. However, your search history won't be tied to your account.

For questions regarding the Fastcase app, please contact Fastcase at (866) 773-2782. For all other questions, please contact ISBA at (800) 252-8908. Please note that the ISBA will be closed on Monday, February 20 in observance of President's Day.

Doug, in the future please distribute this kind of notice in full in a separate email. Providing a link to the ISBA Web site in the Illinois Lawyer Now newsletter with instructions on what to do when the ISBA Web site is down is not helpful when the ISBA Web site is down.
