Traffic law practitioners, criminal defense lawyers, prosecutors, judges, and general practitioners with basic and intermediate experience will better understand how to prepare and present a DUI blood draw case from start to finish including: discovery; subpoenas to hospitals and laboratories; selection of experts; pretrial motions; motions in limine; pertinent case law; necessary witnesses; foundational requirements for admissibility; objections; and cross-examinations.
