CLE: Don't Panic! What to Do When a Letter Arrives From the ARDC – Live Webcast

Receiving a letter from the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission can be a nerve-wracking experience. Embarrassment, anger, and fear are all natural responses, but there is no need for panic. This online seminar on March 13, 2018 discusses what you should do if allegations are made, including: the step-by-step approach on how to respond to an ARDC letter; how to use IOLTA accounting principles to prevent an ARDC complaint; the applicable Illinois Supreme Court Rules of Professional Conduct; and much more!

The program is presented by the ISBA Standing Committee on Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission. It qualifies for 1.0 hour MCLE credit, including 1.0 hour Professional Responsibility MCLE credit (subject to approval).
