Attorney Stacey A. McCullough has been named a director for the Lawyers Trust Fund of Illinois (LTF).

On April 20, the Illinois Supreme Court appointed Stacey to a term on the LTF’s nine-member Board of Directors, to serve from July 1, 2018, until June 30, 2021. The Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, and Illinois Supreme Court each appoint three directors to the board. She is honored to have been chosen by Justice Robert R. Thomas, representing the Second District.

As a director, McCullough will help administer the Interest on Lawyers Trust Account (IOLTA) program by awarding grants to nonprofit legal aid organizations in the state. The LTF has distributed more than $120 million in grants since its inception in 1983, supporting initiatives to build strong, effective, and innovative legal aid programs.

McCullough joined Mirabella, Kincaid, Frederick & Mirabella, LLC as Of Counsel in January 2018. She has focused on criminal defense litigation for more than 20 years and has expanded her practice to related areas of law, including school disciplinary hearings, contested orders of protections, and DCFS appeals.

In addition to the DCBA and DCCDLA, she is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Illinois Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and serves as a Director on the DuPage Bar Foundation.
