Michael Lance Antoline, 66, of Champaign, died Friday, May 18, 2018, in Greenville.

He was born Sept. 20, 1951, in Harrisburg, to parents Luther and Doris Jean (Carrington) Antoline. They preceded him in death.

He is survived by his wife, Kathleen; sons, Benjamin and Grant; granddaughter, Emma; sister, Marina Antoline of Beijing, China; and brother, Tony Antoline of Paragould, Ark.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, Minn. He was admitted and registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in 1995.

His life was made rich by the many people, both professional and personal, who called Mike a friend. The family has been comforted by the outpouring of love from all the people on which he had an impact. We cannot thank you enough. People from all over the world found a boundless spirit in Michael that was matched with a sharp wit and a giant heart.
