Ct. of Appeals lacked jurisdiction to consider propriety of Bd.'s denial of alien's application for cancellation of removal based on claim that alien's removal to Mexico would constitute extreme hardship to his children, where section 1252(a)(2)(B) of INA precludes review of instant discretionary decision on its merits. Moreover, Ct. rejected alien's claim that ALJ deprived him of due process by demonstrating bias during hearing through his questioning of witnesses and by precluding alien from presenting daughter's testimony where: (1) ALJ questioning involved clarification of relevant issues; and (2) daughter's proposed testimony was cumulative to other evidence.
