I understand that I am not guaranteed a placement as a summer clerk, or as a permanent associate, and that the ISBA’s Special Committee on the Rural Practice Initiative expects that firms will make offers to summer clerks by mid-March 2021, and to permanent associates by late-April 2021. I understand that if accepted into the program, I will use good faith efforts to respond to any offer I receive expeditiously.
