The IBF is the charitable arm of the ISBA. Its mission is to provide subsistence to indigent lawyers, law student scholarships, and to: improve the administration of justice, promote legal research, publish works on legal topics, maintain libraries, and preserve historical legal documents. Contributions to IBF are tax deductible and reportable on your ARDC registration form.
LAWPAC is essential to ISBA's ability to pursue its legislative goals and those of the legal profession. Created to make contributions to candidates to the Illinois General Assembly, LAWPAC is administered by an independent, bi-partisan board of trustees. Appointments to the board are subject to approval by the ISBA Assembly.
