Ct. of Appeals found that respondent-attorney was unfit to practice law in its court where said attorney failed to comply with several deadlines for filing brief on behalf of defendant, and where said attorney also ignored several orders directing her to show cause to explain her failure to comply with said directives. Ct. further dismissed defendant's appeal for want of prosecution with notation that defendant would be required to go back to Dist. Ct. to vacate and then re-instant his conviction so that defendant could have benefit of future appeal.
