Midyear Meeting Registration

Please complete this registration form for the Midyear Meeting. If you wish to attend CLE Fest, there is another registration form to fill out.

Registration and Tickets
Registration Fee: $70 lawyers and judges; $30 spouse or guests. The registration fee must be paid by all lawyers who participate in Midyear Meeting functions. Availability of tickets to Midyear Meeting functions cannot be guaranteed after December 5, 2008.

Midyear Meeting Refunds
The Midyear Meeting registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by Friday, December 5th. Refunds for other events and programs will be made on cancellations received 72 hours prior to the event.

Joint Meeting Name Badges and Tickets Pick-up
Name badges and ticket requests for all events will be held for pick-up at the meeting. There will be separate ISBA and IJA registration desks.

Winter CLE Fest –Chicago  Registration

Lawyers who register only for Winter CLE Fest – Chicago programs are not subject to payment of the Midyear Meeting registration fee. However, participation in any Midyear Meeting function does require payment of the Midyear Meeting registration fee.

Winter CLE Fest – Chicago  Pricing

Registration for Winter CLE Fest – Chicago includes materials on CD-Rom, available onsite or for download on the Web site beginning Wednesday, December 3rd. Registrants will receive download information with registration confirmation via email. Printed materials are available for an additional $75. Pricing for sessions is as follows:

Room rate is $194 single or double, plus tax.

* Deadline for hotel reservations is Saturday, November 8th, 2008.

It is strongly suggested that you call the Sheraton Chicago as soon as possible to make your hotel reservations as rooms fill up very quickly. Be sure to advise that you are attending the ISBA/IJA Meeting when making your reservation. Reservations are held until 6:00 p.m. You may guarantee a reservation for late arrival by either assuring your reservation using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Diners Club or by advance deposit to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. Should it become necessary to cancel your reservation, the deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 72 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; check out time is Noon.
