Dist. Ct. did not err in granting defendant-employer’s motion for summary judgment in ADA action alleging that defendant-employer terminated plaintiff on account of his mental disability, where record showed that defendant terminated plaintiff after receiving report that plaintiff had cursed at co-worker in violation of company policy. Moreover, plaintiff could not establish viable failure to accommodate claim, where plaintiff’s prior requests for accommodation did not pertain to assisting him in curbing his verbal outbursts towards his co-workers.
