From case digests to legal analysis to breaking news, from books to blog posts, ISBA publications help you practice smarter and stay abreast of the law and the legal community. Better yet, most are free to ISBA members.
Our award-winning magazine, Illinois Bar Journal, is mailed monthly to members. Members also have access to archives of issues going back to 1996 online.
Illinois Lawyer Now is our online source for ARDC rulings, quick takes on Illinois supreme court decisions, breaking legal news, ISBA updates, photo galleries and more. Updated daily, this publication replaces ISBA Bar News.
Visit our store for practice aids, bulk orders of public information pamplets, gifts, as well as discounts on publications from the ABA and CCH.
Illinois Lawyer Now (Print) is no longer being published. The printed publication concentrated on news of ISBA elections, CLE offerings, the range of member benefits, and feature stories about ISBA members and events.
Emailed to ISBA members almost every business day, E-Clips contains Illinois and Seventh Circuit case digests, pending legislation, legal news from major newspapers statewide, and upcoming CLE opportunities.
Section Newsletters are emailed at least four times a year to members of each Section and are available in both in HTML and PDF formats. Most Sections also mail a printed version to Section members.
The Illinois Courts Bulletin is the ISBA's monthly compendium of Illinois supreme, appellate, and seventh-circuit case summaries, organized by subject matter so you can quickly review the case law that matters most to your practice.
Our authors are recognized leaders in the legal profession. Each year hundreds of Illinois attorneys have their words published in one or more of our legal publications, which are read and referenced by thousands of lawyers across the state. And in the current economy, couldn't we all use a competitive edge? Here's what you need to know.
