Volunteers Needed for the American Mock Trial Association’s National Championship Tournament - April 19-21
The University of Chicago and Loyola University Chicago is hosting the American Mock Trial Association National Championship on April 19-21, 2024, at The Daley Center, 50 W Washington Street. The tournament still needs Chicago area legal professionals willing to volunteer to serve as judges.
The tournament is the culminating event of the American Mock Trial Association's season. The three-day competition will bring 50 teams from across the country to downtown Chicago. Two teams will advance to the final National Championship trial on Sunday evening, the winner of which will be crowned the National Champion.
Rounds will take place on Friday evening, Saturday morning and afternoon, and Sunday morning. View the specific times for the rounds.

Founded in 1985, AMTA serves as the governing body for intercollegiate mock trial competitions. Each year, more than 5,000 undergraduate students representing 650 teams from 350 colleges and universities compete in AMTA-sanctioned tournaments.
