Dist. Ct. did not err in granting defendant-County’s motion for summary judgment in ADA action alleging that defendant, as plaintiff’s “joint employer,” discriminated against plaintiff on basis of her disability by its refusal to extend her period of medical leave, as well as its failure to transfer to different position and its subsequent termination of plaintiff. While defendant was plaintiff’s employer, record showed that relevant decision-makers were employed by different entity (State of Wisc.), and thus plaintiff could not pursue instant ADA action against defendant, where defendant played no role in instant adverse acts.
