Court properly entered directed finding in favor of City in suit for injuries sustained by decedent when struck by vehicle while crossing street inside a crosswalk. Plaintiff failed to present evidence contradicting city engineer's position that crosswalk striping exceeded standards; and failed to show that City violated its duty to install and maintain crosswalk in reasonably safe manner. Court properly barred Plaintiff's expert from testifying, as Plaintiff identified him 3 weeks prior to trial, and failed to disclose expert in Rule 213(f) interrogatory answers, and did not disclose expert's conclusions, opinions, or reports. (SCHMIDT and CARTER, concurring.)
