Defendants filed interlocutory appeal from two orders involving leasing of condominiums held in trust. Orders placed limitations on leasing and required accounting. As those orders do not regulate the parties' conduct in their everyday activities outside litigation, and are valid exercise of court's power under Trusts and Trustees Act, they are not in nature of injunctions and thus are not appealable. Defendants also appealed one order denying motion to dismiss, but as Order did not finally resolve any issue, it is not ripe for appeal. Court did not make any final determination as to trusts' sole beneficiary's capacity to act as trustee. Attorneys' fees and costs awarded for filing of three interlocutory appeals without merit.(LAVIN and MASON, concurring.)
