(Court opinion corrected 9/8/15.) Court authorized involuntary administration of psychotropic medications to Respondent. Psychiatrist, who filed petition for involuntary administration, testified to his compliance with Section 2-102(a-5) of Mental Health Code and to Respondent's lack of capacity to make a reasoned decision about her treatment. Psychiatrist gave undisputed testimony that he twice attempted to present Respondent with written information about her proposed psychotropic medications, but Respondent twice refused to accept the tenders and walked away. State met its burden of proof as to Respondent's lack of capacity, and court's Order was not against manifest weight of evidence. (HOFFMAN and LAMPKIN, concurring.)
