Biography
Allison M. Cychosz is the founder of AMC Legal, P.C., a boutique Illinois law firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Allison focuses her practice on estate planning, business law, and trademark law.
Allison believes that legal planning should be understandable, practical, and tailored to each client's unique goals. She works closely with clients to create comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and business succession plans that provide peace of mind and protect future generations. She also advises businesses throughout their lifecycle, from entity formation and contract drafting to trademark registration and ongoing legal counsel.
Clients appreciate Allison's ability to explain complex legal concepts in plain English and her commitment to building lasting relationships. Rather than simply preparing documents, she takes the time to educate clients so they can make informed decisions with confidence.
Allison is licensed to practice law in Illinois and is an active member of the Illinois State Bar Association. She regularly presents educational seminars on estate planning, business planning, and intellectual property, helping members of the community better understand the legal issues that affect their families and businesses.
When she's not practicing law, Allison enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and giving back to her community through educational programs and volunteer service.
