Biography
Julie Cibulskis received her Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude from Creighton University in 1995, and graduated magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998. She was also admitted into the Illinois Bar in 1998. Ms. Cibulskis concentrates her civil trial practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, will contests, guardianships, and contract disputes. She has successfully tried cases in both state and federal court, and has had jury verdicts in numerous Illinois counties.
Ms. Cibulskis is a past President of the Kane County Bar Association. She authors a chapter in the Illinois CLE publication “Proving and Disproving Damages in Personal Injury Cases.”
In 2005, Ms. Cibulskis received the inaugural Outstanding New Lawyer Award from the Kane County Bar Association, and in 2006, the Illinois State Bar Association named her one of two Young Lawyers of the Year. She was also named one of the Law Bulletin’s 2009 “Top 40 Illinois Attorneys Under 40 to Watch.” Ms. Cibulskis has also been selected as a Leading Lawyer in personal injury. In 2026 she received the inaugural Kane County Spirit of the Law Award from the Chief Judge of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit. She also received the Community Service Award from the Kane County Bar Association for her extensive community involvement.
