My practice encompasses immigration law, civil litigation, franchise law, admiralty and maritime law, and a broad range of federal regulatory matters, including matters arising under FDA, TTB, and other federal laws and regulations.

In addition to maintaining a private practice, I serve as General Counsel and Head of Legal for an international manufacturing, import, and distribution enterprise, where I advise on corporate governance, commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, litigation, intellectual property, employment matters, and cross-border business operations.

My legal practice is informed by an extensive career in corporate and international business leadership, including senior executive positions with leading Fortune 500 and multinational corporations and service as a global head of human resources. Having worked extensively across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, I bring a distinctly international perspective to matters involving cross-border business relationships, transactions, disputes, arbitration, and mediation.

When client matters extend beyond the United States, I work, where appropriate, with local counsel and court-authorized co-counsel in jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Australia to help clients navigate foreign proceedings and transactions while remaining attentive to their rights, obligations, and legal position in the United States. My international practice also encompasses admiralty and maritime matters involving ocean-going cargo, containers, international shipments, carriers, and disputes arising during transatlantic and other international transportation.
