In 2025, Lauren founded The Law Office of Lauren Falconer with the goal of using her knowledge and experience to help individuals and small businesses achieve their dreams at affordable rates, including limited scope representation. 

She has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial real estate law: including acquisitions & dispositions, real estate finance, and leasing, as well as zoning, planning, and land use. Her clients have included major players in the cannabis and telecommunications industries, as well as real estate developers and financial institutions.
