Through changes to Subparts C and H of Part 2520 to Title 56, the Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department) has stipulated new requirements for respondents under the Human Rights Act (Act) as well as new record keeping requirements for executive state agencies under the Act. 

Effective January 20, 2006, Part 1910 of Title 86, 86 Ill Adm Code 1910, was amended and new sections were added regarding property tax appeals.

The Illinois Department of Public Health (Department) has added new sections to Part 1700 of Title 4, 4 Ill Adm Code 1700. 

Effective January 1, 2006, the Department of Employment Security has issued new rates for employers making unemployment contributions.

Reflecting a change in eligibility requirements for grants by the Department of Military Affairs from the Illinois Military Relief Fund, Part 200 of Title 95 has been amended.

Effective December 7, 2005, the Illinois Department of Central Management Services amended Part 2650 of Title 80, 80 Ill Adm Code 2650. 

The Department of Central Management Services has revised Part 1 of Subtitle A, Chapter I to Title 44. The new amendments, which expand sales limits for "small" vendors and wholesalers and allow for a greater number of small businesses to participate in the state's Small Business Set-Aside Program, went into effect December 22, 2005.

The Illinois Property Tax Appeal Board has amended Part 1910 of Title 86, 86 Ill Adm Code 1910. The Board has added new sections and amended the Part with regard to motions, notice and consolidation of appeals. 

The Illinois Board of Examiners recently amended and added a new section to Part 1400 of Title 23, 23 Ill Adm Code 1400.

Effective November 28, 2005, the Illinois Secretary of State has amended Part 180 of Title 14, 14 Ill Adm Code 180. 

The Illinois Department of Transportation has added new sections to Part 387 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 387, that will be effective as of November 10, 2005. 

Part 178 of Title 14, known as the Limited Liability Company Act, has been amended by the Secretary of State in two pertinent parts, effective November 28, 2005.

The Secretary of State has amended Part 171 of Title 14, 14 Ill Adm Code 171, also known as the Uniform Limited Partnership Act. 

Effective November 7, 2005, the State Board of Elections has amended Part 210 of Title 26, 26 Ill Adm Code 210, which guides raffles run by political committees.

The Illinois Capital Development Board recently repealed the Capital Development Board Energy Code, found in Part 600 of Title 71, 71 Ill Adm Code 600. 

Part 595 of Title 89, 89 Ill Adm Code 595, has been amended by the Illinois Department of Human Services. The amendment provides additional information on substantial services. 

The Department of Human Services amended Part 686 of Title 89, effective october 17, 2005. 

Effective october 7, 2005, the Secretary of State added a new section to Part 1040 of

Part 1430 of Title 68, 68 Ill Adm Code 1430, has been amended by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. 

In an attempt to clarify those customer actions that cause a customer's home Service Program (hSP) services to be terminated, the Department of Human Services has amended Part 684 of Title 89, 89 Ill Adm Code 684. 

The Illinois Department of State Police has recently amended Part 1215 of Title 20, 20 Ill Adm Code 1215, regarding fees for processing electronic requests and requests for conviction information.

Part 100 of Title 83 has been amended by the Illinois Commerce Commission to adhere to section 2-102(b) of the Public Utilities Act to bar the Commission's personnel from accepting gratuities from entities that are subject to the Commission's supervision. 

Pursuant to the Physical Fitness Facility Medical Emergency Preparedness Act, the Department of Public health has added Part 527 to Title 77 (77 Ill Adm Code 527). 

Effective September 6, 2005, the Illinois State Universities retirement System has added a new section to Part 1600 of Title 80, 80 Ill Adm Code 1600.

The Illinois Department of Revenue (Department) recently amended Part 100 of Title 86, effective August 15, 2005.

In Part 1030 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1030, the Secretary of State (Secretary) has added a new section to clarify the regulations regarding the use and distribution of images that are obtained by the Secretary.

Effective August 9, 2005, the Teachers' Retirement System (TRS) has added a new section to Part 1650 of Title 80, 80 Ill Adm Code 1650. 

The Illinois Secretary of State has amended Part 1040 of Title 92, 92 Ill Adm Code 1040. 

The Illinois Department of Human Services (Department) has recently amended Part 553 of Title 89. 

In Part 2300 of Title 71, 71 Ill Adm Code 2300, the Illinois Department of Human Rights (Department) has amended three sections. Effective August 19, 2005.
