The Secretary of State made a number of changes and added two new sections to Part 1040, Cancellation, Revocation or Suspension of Licenses or Permits. 92 Ill Adm Code 1040. 

The Illinois Commerce Commission has created a new part, "Public Information, Rulemaking and Organization." 2 Ill Adm Code 1700. 

The Pollution Control Board has added more exceptions to the definition of "pollution control facility" in response to changes made to the Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/1 et seq. 35 Ill Adm Code 101. 

The Secretary of State made several amendments to Title 92, Transportation: Commercial Driver Training Schools. 92 Ill Adm Code 1060.

A new Part was added to the Department of Agriculture's rules on Animals and Animal Products. 8 Ill Adm Code 190. 

The Capital Development Board (CDB) has added a new part with sixteen new sections to Title 44, Government Contracts, Procurement and Property Management. 44 Ill Adm Code 1030.

Effective January 1, 2008, the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation has issued new regulations affecting what methods and practices insurance companies can employ when they sell or attempt to sell life insurance to military personnel. 50 Ill Adm Code 2605.

The Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, which regulates the licensing of physicians, has created rules to implement the Medical Practice Act of 1987, 225 ILCS 60 et seq, which required that the department make publicly available profiles of all physicians licensed in Illinois. 68 Ill Adm Code 1285. 

The Newborn Metabolic Screening and Treatment Code now mandates that all infants born in Illinois be tested for cystic fibrosis. 77 Ill Adm Code 661. 

The State Board of Education has implemented Section 2-3.53a of the School Code, 105 ILCS 5/2-3.53a, which calls for a mentoring program between first-year principals and experienced principals. 23 Ill Adm Code   

Several sections of Title 50, Section 909 of the Illinois Administrative Code have been amended and a new section added. 

The State Board of Elections (Board) has created Part 1800 of Title 4 and has titled it "Americans with Disabilities Act Grievance Procedure."

The Department of Human Services has added a new section to 89 Ill Adm Code 112, "Temporary Assistance for Needy Families." 

The Secretary of State has amended the rules governing the Business Corporation Act (Act), 805 ILCS 5/1.01 et seq, and has added a section that concerns amending a previously filed annual report.

Pursuant to Public Act 94-0968, an amendment to the Higher Education Student Assistance Act, 110 ILCS 947/65.75, the Department of Education has added 23 Ill Adm Code 2738, titled "Grant Program for a Child Raised by Grandparent," effective July 1, 2007. 

The Board of Education has created 23 Ill Adm Code 2758 to implement the Nurse Educator Loan Repayment Program, effective July 1, 2007. 

The Secretary of State has promulgated new rules concerning the issuing of commercial driver's licenses (CDLs) by amending definitions and requirements in 92 Ill Adm Code 1040, titled "Cancellation, Revocation or Suspension of Licenses or Permits." 

89 Ill Adm Code 10, "General Administrative Provisions," has been amended to add self-neglect to the list of elder abuse and neglect that department staff must report to the Department on Aging within 24 hours of discovery. 

A new sub-section, 1100.560, has been added to 68 Ill Adm Code 1100, effective May 16, 2007. 

Sub-section 205.320 of 77 Ill Adm Code 205, titled "Ambulatory Surgical Treatment Center Licensing Requirements," has been amended, effective May 7, 2007. 

20 Ill Adm Code 1286 has been amended by adding sub-section 1286.75, effective May 1, 2007. 

The Department of Public Health has made changes to Part 390 (Long Term Care for Under Age 22 Facilities) of Title 77 (Public Health) to reflect amendments to the Nursing Home Care Act, 210 ILCS 45/2-101 et seq.

The Department of Transportation has amended its rules to make the policies of the Secretary of State consistent with those of the Division of Insurance and to ensure that drivers' licenses are not erroneously suspended. 92 Ill Adm Code 1070.20.

The Department of Transportation has amended Part 456, "Nonscheduled Bus Inspections," of Subchapter e, "Traffic Safety," to change the rules governing nonscheduled bus inspections. 92 Ill Adm Code 456.

The Illinois Secretary of State has inserted a new section into 92 Ill Adm Code 1040.

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services has repealed the previous version of 89 Ill Adm Code 307 and has added new sections that now comprise part 307 of title 89.
