The Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers is the headquarters hotel for the 2012 Joint Meeting. The ISBA/IJA room rate is $139 for single or double occupancy, plus applicable state and local tax. A deposit of first night's lodging is required. Check-in after 4:00 p.m. and check-out before 12:00 p.m. Call 800.325.3535 or visit www.starwoodmeeting.com/book/isba1212 to reserve your room. Be sure to advise that you are attending the ISBA/IJA Meeting when making your reservation by phone. We strongly suggest that you reserve your room as soon as possible as rooms fill up very quickly.
The deadline for making reservations for lodging is on or before November 19, 2012. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability. The deposit will be forfeited for all no-shows, early departures and cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival.

Advance registration must be received by Friday, December 7. Registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received by Friday, December 7. Refunds for events and programs will be made on cancellations received 72 hours prior to event.
Name badges and ticket requests for all events will be held for pick-up at the meeting. There will be separate ISBA, IJA and CLE registration desks. Attendees who are physically challenged are welcome to contact Kim Weaver at the ISBA for assistance (800.252.8908).
