Biography
David is a military retiree and creative who gained litigation experience as a prosecutor and civil attorney working as an Illinois Assistant State's Attorney. He now runs his own boutique virtual business law firm that serves creative minded business owners.
He enjoys helping his client's grow into successful creative business owners. He achieves this primarily through advising, performing transactional work, and negotiations.
David also assists client's and law firm's as local counsel, co-counsel and through limited capacity representation. He believes every creative minded business owner, regardless of size should have legal representation and counsel that understands their unique business needs.
