Biography
Dragan “Dan” Ivetić is the founder and managing attorney of Dragan Ivetic, Attorney at Law, LLC, a Chicago-based firm serving clients throughout Illinois, across the United States, and internationally. He has practiced law since 1999, with experience in trademark law and international criminal law.
Dan represents businesses, entrepreneurs, and international clients in matters before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, including trademark clearance, registration, enforcement, and disputes. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and before several international courts and tribunals, including the International Criminal Court and the United Nations ICTY/IRMCT.
Dan earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Northwestern University and his J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law. He has held leadership positions in international bar organizations and remains committed to providing practical, personalized counsel to clients facing complex legal matters.
