Biography
Jennifer is an associate attorney at Dykema, where she focuses her practice on privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. She counsels clients on Al governance, privacy compliance, data breach response, technology transactions, and the legal challenges that come with today's rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Beyond her practice, Jennifer is a nationally recognized leader in privacy and Al. Jenniefer serves in multiple leadership roles, including as Co-Chair of the APP Chicago KnowledgeNet Chapter and Chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Cyber and Data Privacy Committee, and its Legislative Liaison, helping shape conversations around emerging privacy and technology legislation.
A frequent speaker and moderator on artificial intelligence and privacy, Jennifer has been featured by Bloomberg Law on Al governance and holds multiple IAPP certifications, a Certificate in Privacy Law, and a Responsible Al Leadership certification.
