Biography
Marcia is a founding member of Moellring & Ambler, LLC. She was admitted to the bar in 1996 in both Missouri and Illinois and admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims in 2007. She is an accredited Veterans Advocate. She has been representing Veterans for over 19 years before the Veterans Benefits Administration, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She is member of the Missouri & Illinois State Bar Associations and the National Organization of Veterans Advocates.
