Biography
Shelley Ballard is a solo practitioner who practices solely in the area of adoption law. She handles every type of adoption, including agency, private, related, international and foster care adoptions. Shelley graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University and cum laude from Northwestern University School of Law. Since 1990, she has been a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. Shelley has been recognized as a top lawyer in adoption by the Leading Lawyers Network, Lead Counsel and Super Lawyers. Last but not least, She is an adoptive parent herself of two children.
