Biography
Will has extensive experience preparing clients for trials, evidentiary hearings, and the difficult transitions that come with the process of divorce. He knows that the fine points matter and is passionate about making sure his clients receive the most careful and measured advocacy. Will strives to be on the cutting edge of family law jurisprudence – he even co-authored the 2023 chapter of the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s handbook, “Illinois Family Law: Preliminary Considerations in Dissolution Actions,” entitled “Pleadings Under the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act”.
Will is collaborative and mediation trained. He understands that no case is a “one size fits all” proposition. His approach is always specifically tailored to fit the client’s needs and the realities of their situation.
