Biography
George Dowd is the founder of G. Dowd Law LLC, a Chicago law firm. An Illinois attorney with more than twenty-five years as a participant in the financial markets — and now counsel and a testifying expert witness in that field — he advises and represents individuals, firms, and institutions on financial markets and digital asset matters, technology and artificial intelligence related issues, and represents individuals in anonymous whistleblower complaints.
