Biography
Cindy G. Buys is a Professor of Law at Southern Illinois University Simmons Law School where she teaches a variety of courses on constitutional law, international law, and immigration law. She has been active within the ISBA, including the International and Immigration Law Section Council, the Human and Civil Rights Section Council, the Women and the Law Committee, the Rural Practice Initiative, and as an ISBA delegate to the ABA House of Delegates.
