The Department of Central Management Services adopted an amendment to the Part titled Travel, updating the policies regarding meal allowances and other expenses for the Office of Governor’s employees who travel on state business.

The Department of Central Management Services amended the Merit and Fitness Part. The director may no longer remove candidates on the state employment eligibility list for addiction to narcotics or alcohol.

The Department of Central Management Services (CMS) amended its Pay Plan. Pay- rate changes are based on current collective bargaining agreements, Civil Service Commission actions, and merit compensation system updates (MS).

The Department of Central Management Services adopted an amendment to the Part titled The Travel Regulation Council, amending the rules for state employee travel expense reimbursement to reflect the changes implemented by the Travel Control Board.
