Reason for selling: This is a good opportunity to take over a well established estate planning practice in the Huntley Area. I have built this practice since 1995 and have opened over 5,600 files. I have been transitioning to academia for the past few years and would like to do that full-time. This will require my ceasing operations of my practice. I am looking for an attorney who is willing to take care of my files and be a primary source for my existing client base so they can be properly served. Many prior clients call for additional services, including estate administration, guardianships, real estate sales and purchases, new estate plans for other family members and business startup and sale. Other clients will look for co-counsel for personal injury, wrongful death, and employment law. I also own the multi-tenant office building located on 2 acres, not far from the downtown Huntley Square.
