Dist. Ct. did not err in granting defendant-employer's motion for summary judgment in ADEA and Title VII action alleging that plaintiff was fired from his pharmaceutical sales position on account of his age and national origin. Record showed that plaintiff was fired after investigation revealed discrepancy in plaintiff's telephone log with respect to alleged contacts with customers, and plaintiff failed to show that defendant treated more favorably others whom it believed had also falsified call logs.
