Dist. Ct. did not err in sentencing defendant to 172-month term of incarceration on charges of bank robbery, brandishing firearm during crime of violence and violation of condition of supervised release, where defendant had committed above federal crimes while on supervision. While defendant challenged on appeal two conditions of his new term of supervised release, defendant waived said issue where defendant failed to object to said conditions in Dist. Ct., after having advanced notice of same, and where he refused Dist. Ct.’s offer to articulate rationale for said conditions. Moreover, defendant failed to establish any prejudice to requirement that he stay in judicial district where he is being supervised, and Ct. further noted as to other condition, i.e., that he inform third-parties of risks that may be occasioned by his criminal record, that he can always ask Dist. Ct. to clarify said condition and then file appeal if he is dissatisfied with Dist. Ct.’s response.
