Record contained sufficient evidence to support IJ's denial of alien's asylum application, even though alien contended that he feared persecution based on his family membership, where alien's uncle allegedly sexually assaulted alien when alien was boy. Alien came to U.S. as minor under Visa Waiver Program that contained enforceable waiver of his right to contest removal except based on asylum application, and record showed that alien had overstayed his visa. Moreover, alien failed to establish any persecution claim, where alien failed to show that his uncle had targeted him based on his family membership. Fact that alien did not personally sign waiver or that uncle's membership in alien's family provided uncle with more accessibility to alien did not require different result.
