District court did not err when it entered judgment against the defendant, ordering that the defendant pay millions of dollars in unpaid rent in a matter involving four companies and multiple foreclosures. The circuit court explained that plaintiff had standing to file the lawsuit and that defendant had waived its right to present affirmative defenses to liability in a guaranty that it signed.
