Arnold v. United Airlines, Inc.

Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against her former employer alleging unlawful discrimination and retaliation under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and the Illinois Human Rights Act. She also alleged hostile work environment and constructive discharge. The district court granted the defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiff appealed. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, finding that there was no genuine issue of material fact on any of her claims to justify denial of the motion for summary judgment. (HAMILTON and PRYOR, concurring)
