U.S. v. Wilson

Defendant was convicted of two counts of production of child pornography and during sentencing the district court found that a prior state-law conviction triggered a sentencing enhancement. On appeal, defendant argued that the enhancement should not have applied because Illinois law is broader than the federal statute.
