Federal 7th Circuit Court
Civil Court
Rehabilitation Act
Plaintiff, who was unable to work after a fall at work and whose employment was terminated, filed a lawsuit against the defendant challenging his termination and alleging various forms of disability discrimination in violation of the Rehabilitation Act. The district court entered summary judgment on all claims and plaintiff appealed only his accommodation and hostile-workplace claims. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, finding that plaintiff did not timely pursue his administrative remedies and that his claims also failed on the merits. (SCUDDER and KIRSCH, concurring)
