Plaintiff filed a lawsuit against Milwaukee County for allegedly unconstitutional conditions of confinement that he experienced while he was detained in the county jail. The district court granted summary judgment for the defendant and plaintiff appealed. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, finding that the plaintiff’s claims did not rise to the level of a constitutional violation and that the county put forth a legitimate justification for the necessity of the complained-of conditions.
