Defendant pleaded guilty to two firearm charges, but reserved his right to challenge the search warrant as unsupported by probable cause and the product of police misrepresentation on appeal. The Seventh Circuit affirmed, explaining that while it found the probable cause analysis as a closer call, it did not have any difficulty agreeing with the district court that police acted in good faith reliance on the warrant in conducting the search.
