Prior juvenile adjudication may be used for impeachment purposes as long as People v. Montgomery factors for admissibility (type of crime, date of adjudication, probative value outweighs prejudice) are satisfied; and as Defendant's testimony that he had never before encountered questioning by police opened the door to admission of prior adjudication.
