Ineffective Assistance of Counsel
Defendant was convicted, after bench trial, of solicitation of murder for hire. Defendant's statement, at hearing on her pro se motion to reconsider sentence, that defense counsel did not represent her to his fullest ability during trial was allegation of ineffective assistance of counsel which triggered court's duty to inquire into factual basis of allegation.
