Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act
Tolling provision for MSR, upon filing of a petition under Sexually Violent Persons Commitment Act, does not apply retroactively to Defendant's pleas and sentences entered prior to tolling amendment. Stated legislative intent is to ensure that a defendant be subject to intensive supervision upon discharge from commitment without increasing a defendant's punishment.
