Express language in estoppel certificate in contract shows there was a meeting of the minds to increase leased area, and as acknowledged by initials on copies of original site plan. By executing the contract, Plaintiff represented that lease contained entire agreement between landlord and tenant as to leased property for equipment and antenna structure.
